Terms of Use & Regulations
Please read the following terms carefully to ensure everyone's rights and adherence to school standards.
Introduction
Welcome to Yousef Al-Seddik School. Your use of our website and services, and the enrollment of your children, constitutes express agreement to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms aim to ensure a safe and organized educational environment for everyone.
Registration Agreement
This agreement is made between: Firstly: Yousef Al-Seddiq Company (Party One) and Secondly: [Parent Name] holding ID number: [ID Number] National ID: [National ID].
1- Party Two undertakes to pay Party One the amount of [Amount] Dinars, as tuition fees for enrolling his son/daughter in the school.
2- The contract period starts from the beginning of the academic year [Year] and ends with its conclusion [Year].
3- Party Two undertakes to provide all required documents for his son/daughter's file upon acceptance, and the latest certificate in the file will be approved by the Directorate's Examination Office.
4- Party Two undertakes that his son/daughter has been suspended from the previous school system.
5- Party Two undertakes that his son/daughter will preserve the school's movable and immovable property, and the guardian bears the cost of repairing any damage caused intentionally by any teaching staff members or their property, and not to dispute it, and not to violate the regulations governing school life and the regulations in force within the Ministry of Education.
6- Adherence to study times, not being late or absent, and the guardian's attendance at change or absence meetings.
7- Party Two's consent to corporal punishment for the student if punishment is deserved.
8- Party One undertakes to notify Party Two of the student's level in advance within limits.
9- Party Two undertakes to pay the full tuition fees based on the agreement concluded with the school administration, regardless of any circumstances in the event of any disruption to studies due to force majeure.
10- The school administration does not have the right to expel the student from the school in the following cases:
A- When the school does not commit to completing teaching tasks.
B- When the school does not adhere to the start dates of study and exams.
C- When the student is absent from school without an acceptable excuse.
D- When the student is absent from school for a long period without communication.
E- When the student engages in inappropriate behavior or harms the school.
11- Party Two has read and understood the terms contained herein, committed to and approved all its clauses, and signed it while fully enjoying his legal and regulatory capacity.

Tuition & Financial Policies
Payment Policy:
Tuition fees can be paid in installments from the start of registration until the end of month (2). Any bank transaction incurs an additional charge based on market rates. Upon expiration of month (2), any unsustained discounts are voided.
Withdrawal Policy:
If registration is renewed and the file is withdrawn before the start of the academic year, the registration fee will be deducted in full. If the file is withdrawn after the start of the academic year and before the end of the first semester exams or the first period exams, 30% of the tuition fees will be deducted. Tuition fees are for study only and do not include uniform or book fees.

Code of Conduct
The student and parent adhere to the school's behavioral regulations, which include:
- Mutual respect between students, teachers, and administrators.
- Adherence to the uniform and decent appearance.
- Regular attendance and punctuality.
- Preservation of school property and facilities.
Digital Usage
When using the E-Learning platform, the user agrees to:
- Not share login credentials with anyone else.
- Use the platform for educational purposes only.
- Not post offensive or inappropriate content in discussion rooms.
- Respect the intellectual property rights of uploaded educational materials.
Modifications
The school administration reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time in accordance with administrative updates or ministerial directives. Parents will be notified of any material changes.
